These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Alive Today website and mobile IV therapy services provided by Alive Today LLC and its clinical affiliate, Alive Today Nursing PLLC (collectively, “Alive Today,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a session or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Alive Today provides mobile IV therapy wellness services delivered by licensed Registered Nurses at a location of your choosing within our service area (Washington and Oregon). All clinical services are administered by Alive Today Nursing PLLC under physician oversight in compliance with applicable state nursing regulations.
Our services are wellness-focused and are not a substitute for emergency medical care, diagnosis, or treatment of any medical condition. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if, in the clinical judgment of our nurse or supervising physician, the service poses an unacceptable risk to your health.
Appointments may be booked by phone, text, or through our online booking system. We request at least 2 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (under 1 hour notice) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We will notify you if we cannot fulfill your appointment due to staff availability or other circumstances, and will make every reasonable effort to reschedule promptly.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards. Prices are subject to change; you will always be informed of the price before your session begins. IV therapy wellness services are generally not covered by insurance; we do not bill insurance directly.
Prior to each session, you will be asked to review and sign an informed consent form acknowledging that you understand the nature of IV therapy, potential risks (including bruising, infection, allergic reaction, and rare vascular complications), and that you voluntarily consent to treatment. Your nurse will answer any questions before the session begins.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alive Today LLC and Alive Today Nursing PLLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific session giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or clinical malpractice to the extent such limitations are prohibited by law.
Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranty that IV therapy will produce any specific result or that outcomes will meet your individual expectations. Individual results vary based on health status, hydration level, body composition, and other factors.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alive Today LLC, Alive Today Nursing PLLC, and their respective staff, officers, and affiliates from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentation of your health status during intake, or your violation of any applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Washington.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
